At JayJays, we will always strive to reach your hair goals, we will always prioritise the maintenance of your hair health. In order to do so, consultations with your stylist are mandatory prior to colour service.

This allows for a thorough discussion of what your goals are, as well as analysis of: current hair colour, texture and previous dyes to be taken into consideration for the realistic results  for our clients.

Even though we use great quality professional products in our salon, there are possibilities you and your hair may not take well to a product, e.g. dye.

We do require deposits for large services, e.g. colours and perms/keratin treatments. However, they can be paid at the end of a consultation, if you want to proceed with your service.
