Meet Holly 

Salon Owner

Colour Specialist

Our owner, Holly, is one of our two senior stylists. She has been in the hair industry for over 18 years and has grown to become a jack of all trades but a master in colour, whether that be natural highlights or a neon full head colour.

Experience

With her 18 years of experience, Holly has trained with Hobbs Vidal Sassoon, Rush and was on the NHF inspire Team doing editorial work.

She is also currently an Educator for Keune UK, which allows her to travel internationally and teach in the Academy inspiring other hairdressers who share the same passion as she has.

Running my own hair salon has always been a goal of mine, and I am really proud to have fufilled my dream. Even having achieved that, I am always striving to achieve more within my career.

Meet Julie

Senior Stylist

Hair loss specialist

Julie was not only our founder but is now JayJayshairloss specialist. Although she holds her own speciality, she is also one of our senior hairstylists who offers cuts, colour, and blowdrys alike.  New clients will likely be booked with Holly (unless seeking hair loss treatments specifically); however, you'll likely see Julie around the salon during your appointment.

Experience

Julie has 52 years in the hair industry, including starting her own salon, which was passed to her daughter and current owner, Holly.

Meet Nelly

Apprentice Stylist

Nelly is our apprentice stylist who is training in collaboration with Jayjays and relflections hair college to pursue her love for hairstyling. Her services update in accordance to the span of her skillset however washes, blowdrys and styling are staples for her. As an apprentice her rates are naturally lower than our main salon and she is looking to take on new clients to improve her skills.

Experience

She has 3 years of experience in our salon, starting as a year 10 work experience and being promoted to a part-time hair assistant for Jay Jays. Now she is finishing her first year as a Reflections hair apprentice student and works alongside Jayjays to grow her practical skills such as cutting and colouring.
